LATESS is a designer who combines functional design with artistic expression. Her recent practice focuses on ceramic sculptures that often engage in a dialogue with everyday furniture and objects. At the heart of her work is the exploration of material boundaries and new ways of shaping and experiencing ceramics on a larger scale. Through experimentation with forms and surfaces, she develops an organic, natural and fluid style.
